Terms of Service

Any Phrase Search PRO 24 is currently in development. The licensing service is not yet open for customer purchases. These preliminary terms summarize the intended license model and will be finalized before launch.

License purchase

The planned PRO license is a one-time purchase for use on one computer at a time. Each additional computer requires a separate license.

Restoration and transfer

Reinstallation on the same computer is intended to be supported without another purchase. A verified customer may request a manual license transfer if the original computer permanently fails; the previous activation would be revoked.

Verification and license status

PRO access is intended to be activated only after confirmed payment. Refunded purchases may have PRO access revoked, and payment disputes may temporarily suspend access while being resolved. Free functionality is intended to remain available.

Offline use

The planned system allows an activated installation to operate offline, with periodic online license checks when connectivity is available. Revocations cannot be enforced while a device remains offline.

Support and changes

Final support instructions, refund terms, and other legally required information will be published before sales begin. Product functionality and these preliminary terms may change during development.
