Privacy Policy

This page describes the intended data practices for Any Phrase Search PRO 24. The online licensing service is under development and is not yet accepting customers. This policy will be reviewed and updated to reflect the implemented service before launch.

Information used for licensing

When the licensing service launches, it is intended to process the email address associated with a purchase, payment transaction identifiers and status, license status, and a device-specific activation identifier. Verification requests may also require temporary email-verification records.

Purpose of processing

This information is intended to verify purchases, issue and validate licenses, support restoration or transfer requests, handle refunds or payment disputes, and prevent unauthorized activation.

Document contents

The licensing service is not intended to receive the contents of documents searched using the extension. The final extension implementation must be tested to confirm this behavior before release.

Service providers

The planned service uses Cloudflare for its licensing infrastructure, PayPal for payment processing, and Google Gmail for verification messages. Those providers may process information under their own policies.

Retention and security

License and transaction records may be retained as needed for license administration, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. Verification codes are intended to be stored as hashes with expiration limits. Specific retention periods and operational security measures will be finalized before launch.

Requests and questions

Before launch, the publisher will provide a customer-support contact address for privacy questions and requests to access or correct relevant licensing information.
